Customer Care Executive / Tele Caller (Hindi/Punjabi/English) Executive Job Vacancy in a leading BPO in Mohali / Chandigarh and Panchkula location.
All the selected candidates would be placed in training program ( 10 to 30 days, training stipend Rs.150/200/300 per day.) In which they would be imparted trainings of bpo products, personality development trainings, corporate etiquettes, confidence boosting.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concern.
- Make a call to the customer for collection Process.
- Minimum 12th pass & above.
- Must be ready to work in flexible shifts.
- Must have good computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Must have the ability to handle pressure.
- Must have valid educational proof along with their id proof.
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
