Job Overview

Customer Care Executive / Tele Caller (Hindi/Punjabi/English) Executive Job Vacancy in a leading BPO in Mohali / Chandigarh and Panchkula location.

All the selected candidates would be placed in training program ( 10 to 30 days, training stipend Rs.150/200/300 per day.)  In which they would be imparted trainings of bpo products, personality development trainings, corporate etiquettes, confidence boosting.


  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concern.
  • Make a call to the customer for collection Process.    
  • Minimum 12th pass & above.      
  • Must be ready to work in flexible shifts.    
  • Must have good computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Must have the ability to handle pressure.
  • Must have valid educational proof along with their id proof.


  • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
  • Salary Range:

    10,000-15,000 per month

  • Minimum Experience:

    0-6 Month
