Job Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for an IELTS Master Trainer to conduct IELTS Academic/General Training sessions successfully at the branch. The Master Trainer will also be responsible for conducting different workshops to boost the confidence and language skills of the students. The role of Master Trainer will be to ensure the smooth implementation of Academy’s policies, methodologies and curriculum and help the students achieve their target band scores.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct sessions for IELTS GT/Academics Online/Offline

Satisfy students’ requirement related to language and practice

Guide the Associate Trainers (IELTS) for constant improvement

Implementation of set curriculum

Maintaining Record of students’ attendance and tests

Preparing students for Interview (if required)

Coordinate for School/College Seminars and Reality Tests

Conduct Master Classes for students as per the requirement

Prepare students for Spoken English and Grammar

Participate in trainings for constant self-improvement

Requirements:

• Postgraduate/ Graduate.
• 2-3 yrs. of experience in the same field.
• Must have command over all 4 modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Result Oriented Background.
• Minimum 7.5 score in IELTS
• Candidate must have a strong knowledge about Grammar and Phonics
• Comfortable in teaching Online and Offline mode.
• Fair command over computer
