Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience with LAN and WAN
• Knowledge of OS Installation / Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows XP / 7 / 8 / 10), knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking, computer parts & peripherals, Assembling / integration of computer parts, Configuration of OS / Networking Printer, Installation and configuration of Antivirus, Outlook configuration, Have basic knowledge on switching and routing and WiFi configuration
• Process paperwork for new employee and enter employee information into the payroll system.
• Troubleshooting, Diagnosing and Resolving Hardware, systems Problems
• Data Backups
• Replacing Faulty Network Hardware Components When Required
• Maintaining, Configuring, and Monitoring Virus Protection Software and Email Applications.
• Maintain asset list and update when required.
• Strong Understanding of hardware and Network Infrastructure.
• Ability to Think Through Problems and Visualize Solutions.
• Ability to Implement, Administer, and Troubleshoot Network Infrastructure Devices, Including Wireless Access Points, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Controllers.
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure Protocols.
• Ability to Create Accurate Network Diagrams and Documentation for Design and Planning Network Communication Systems.
